FREE SUMMER ACTIVITY
Tai Chi on the beachfront Rockingham on Tuesday mornings. (On the grass near the boardwalk.)
Classes start at 6.30am and run from 4th November 2025 to 24th March 2026. No Classes 16th & 23rd December 2025.
No experience necessary. All welcome.
AUTUMN CENTRE –McNicholl Street, Rockingham
People who are members of the Autumn Centre are eligible to attend the following classes at a cost of $5 p.class.
MONDAYS 3.00PM. Tai Chi Class, Beginners welcome all year long.
WEDNESDAYS 7.15am Advanced Tai Chi Class.
FRIDAYS 7.30AM. Qigong Class. Everyone welcome all year long.
